爱普生晶振SG2016CAN,工作频率范围1.2MHz至75MHz,电源电压1.8V-3.3V之间,是符合ROHS认证标准的无铅产品。SG2016CAN具有良好的频率可靠性。频率稳定度可达±100×10-6[频率稳定度单位误差,no/℃],除了高频可靠性外,SG2016CAN还具有高速、超低功耗的优点。最大响应时间仅3MS,最大升降延迟时间4ns。当工作频率为75MHz,无负载时,最大工作电流为3.0ma,待机时最大电流仅为2.7μa。,当工作频率为20MHz且无负载时,最大工作电流为1.8Ma,待机状态下最大电流仅为2.7μa,因此在5G前置光传输模块方案中,如果要求MCU主频更稳定,可引入外部高温稳定晶体振荡器SG2016CAN是爱普生公司的理想选择。

SG2016CAN晶振是爱普生晶振公司生产的CMOS输出有源晶振,这款有源晶振频率稳定度可达±50ppm,最大频率老化仅为±3×10-6/年(@25℃,第一年),稳定性高,满足光模块长期使用的要求,SG2016CAN封装小体积晶振为2.0x1.6x0.7mm四脚贴片晶振,光模块体积小,2016封装的PCB更容易设计。SG2016CAN的工作温度范围为-40℃~105℃,工作温度较高。在5G前置光传输模块中,一般需要选择较宽的温度工作周期,因此晶体振荡器也需要较高的温度范围。SG2016可满足光模块的高温要求。
