SG5032CAN有源晶振具有待机和输出使能切换:通过控制引脚ST高电平和低电平实现待机模式切换,待机电流可低至2.7μA;通过OE端口控制输出开闭,闭合电流达到10毫安,大大降低功耗O。F设备。SG5032的最低启动时间为3ms,上升时间和下降时间均为3Ns。这保证了启动速度的低功耗设计要求,并提高了输出信号的灵敏度。
